Blizzard kicked off this year's Blizzcon with a trailer for StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void, a 3-minute video with a recap on the highlights from the journeys of StarCraft's heroes. A new set of missions that will involve three small campagns were also announced with the Terran Ghost Nova Terra as the main protagonist who first appeared in Starcraft II: Wings of Liberty.

The trailer revealed Artanis, Raynor, and Kerrigan's journey in the past and now finding themselves confronting a powerful evil that threatens to destroy the entire galaxy, and they have no other choice but to unite to overcome the powerful Amon.

After the release of the final part of StarCraft II trilogy on November 10, it is not the end of the story. According to Daily Express,.there are three Nova Covert Ops revealed that will be released next year in small single-player mission campaign packs. The mission is set after the events of the Legacy of the Void and will let the players explore Nova's character, unlock unique abilities, weapon updates, and many more. Last week, Blizzard had already launched servers for players across players across Australia and New Zealand with hopes that the new infrastructure will bring a much smoother gameplay experience for players in that part of the world.

"Deploying local game servers for StarCraft II in ANZ reaffirms our ongoing commitment to the region and should deliver a new standard of gameplay for players there," said Mike Morhaime, the CEO and cofounder of Blizzard Entertainment.

StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void will launch on Tuesday, November 10 for PC and Mac. It comes in Standard Edition for $39.99, Digital Deluxe Edition for $59.99, and Retail-exclusive Collector's Edition for $79.99.
