Apple Laptops Most Reliable with 83% Success Rate in Recent Poll, Outperform PCs for 10 Reasons

Apple fans worldwide will rejoice with this exciting tidbit. In a recent poll regarding laptop sustainability, Apple laptops are found to be most reliable with an 83% success rate compared to the competition.

In a report provided by Consumer Reports, Apple laptops delivered outstanding longevity after years of use (and abuse) by owners. Consumer Reports Survey Research Manager Karen Jaffee was quoted saying, "Our survey finds the more you use your laptop, the more likely it is to break."

"However, with Apple, people use them quite a bit and they still have a very low failure rate", Jaffee quickly inserted. This statement alone proves Apple's vision of long-term partnership with their customers by providing them with impressive hardware and software that go well beyond their "expiry date".

Consumer Reports likewise added that in order to prolong your Apple laptop serviceability, you have to purchase Apple's service contact, Apple Care, immediately after acquiring your laptop. It was concluded on their report that Apple had an 83% higher success rate compared to the competition in terms of laptops getting fixed through technical support.

In other related news, Apple laptops (and their desktop counterparts) go further in defining durability by touching base with their advantages over the competition.

In a report submitted by Karen Haslam to Mac World UK, she enumerated ten (10) top reasons why Macs are better than PCs.

Despite citing similarities between these two platforms, Haslam focused on delivering customers' top ten (10) in choosing Macs over PCs.

She mentions the following, to wit: user experience, seamless integration of iOS through Hand-Off (app that allows Apple users to sync documents easily without using cloud services like Google Drive), too many PCs to choose from, security, Apple products come bundled with excellent software, build quality, Apple optimizes internal components, Apple laptops have the best screens, Apple offers stellar customer service, and finally, Apple delivers better user satisfaction.

And in concluding our special report, a survey conducted back in October 23, 2015, already placed Apple laptops ahead of the pack in durability and reliability.

Multimedia Producer Chris Oberholtz and reporter Erika Tallan, both of KCTV News 5, revealed that just after third year of ownership, there was just ten per cent (10%) chance Apple laptops would have a problem.

Oberholtz and Tallan, however, stressed that repairing an Apple laptop is more expensive costing $300.00 or more. This is three times (3x) the cost to fixing a Windows-based laptop.

Oberholtz and Tallan ended their report by quoting Consumer Reports stating that "buying an extended warranty from Apple is worth every dollar spent".

Apple came a long way since its inception back in the 1980's. With a huge market base and formidable sales, their range of products do not fail in impressing their immense clientele. Apple's continuous innovation and their untiring efforts in pushing their product lines to the limit are testimonies to the late Steve Jobs' vision of challenging upcoming technology.

Apple laptops topping the list as most reliable laptops does not come as a surprise. However, this news arrives with a big challenge to maintain very high levels of customer goodwill, and Apple will just have to continue providing this one stellar unit at a time.
