Khloe Kardashian recently opened up on her relationship with James Harden, and how great he's been since her ex-husband Lamar Odom was hospitalized due to a drug overdose. The new couple have kept a low profile over the last few weeks until recently, when they were spotted holding hands as they enjoyed their first night out together.
According to a report from People, Khloe Kardashian recently opened up on her relationship with basketball player James Harden, and how supportive he's been since the devastating hospitalization of her estranged husband, Lamar Odom.
Khloe explained how it was hard for her and James, but the couple was able to pull through with the help of proper communication, "I think it's honest communication," the Kardashian beauty stated. "Hearing his feelings as well. What he's comfortable with and what he's not." She then added, "James has been great. He's been really supportive. Really understanding."
The Daily Mail UK reported how Khloe and James have finally made an appearance together for the first time since Khloe started looking after Lamar. The couple were spotted last Sunday making their way to Hollywood hotspot Lure nightclub during the late hours of the evening. The duo was also spotted holding hands as they made their way to their destination. Although there was no immediate PDA, the professional NBA player was seen being rather protective of his girlfriend as he made sure she was near him at all times.
In other news, the US Magazine reported on Khloe's interview with Redbook's December/January issue, where she also opened up on her relationship with James. Although the couple is official, Khloe admitted that James is still getting used to the 'different spotlight.' "Our family brings a different amount of - not fame - attention. Instead of just being known for his talent, he's now known for being someone's boyfriend," the 31-year-old explained. "We're used to it, but for a person new to this, I'm like: 'Oh, God. I'm sorry.'"
Despite the hard times and trials Khloe Kardashian and James Harden are going through at such an early stage in their relationship, it's safe to say the newest Hollywood couple are doing just fine. When it comes to Lamar Odom, Khloe continues to support her estranged husband, but has made it completely clear that there is nothing romantic going on between them.
