The Voice Season 9 started the Live Playoffs as teams from coaches Pharrell Williams, Gwen Stefani, Adam Levine and Blake Shelton started to showcase their chosen talents with Nights one and two of Playoffs. The teams are down to top 12 as the results of the Playoffs came out. Comeback artists had been revealed.
The Night 1 of the Live Playoffs took Team Gwen and Team Adam head to head with each other. The first to perform was from Team Adam Blaine Mitchell followed by Regina Love, Keith Semple, Shelby Brown, and Korin Bukowski, ended the first quarter of Night 1 Live Playoffs. Ellie Lawrence is chose as Team Gwen's comeback artist, Entertainment Weekly revealed.
Soulful singer Jeffrey Austin of Team Gwen resumed the second quarter of the show followed by Braiden Sunshine, Amy Bachal, Viktor Király, Team Adam's comeback Chance Peña, and Jordan Smith ended the night.
Following the powerful first Playoff it was Team Pharrell and Team Blake' turn for the Live Playoffs. Darius Scoot started with Love Lockdown followed by Ivonne Acero, Morgan Frazier, Evan Mckeel, Madi Davis, and Team Pharrell's comeback Celeste Betton ended the first quarter showdown.
Team Blake's Zach Seabaugh continued the show with Brand New Girlfriend, Riley Biederer, Team Blake's comeback artist Nadjah Nicole, and finally young talent Emily Ann Roberts followed accordingly. The judges gave mixed comments on the night's performances, Celebrity Laundry dished out.
TV Line published results from the two Live Playoffs as follows: Team Gwen Saved by America' Jeffery Austin and Braiden Sunshine while saved by Gwen is Korin Bukowski; Team Blake's saved by America's Barrett Baber and Zach Seabaugh while Blake picked Emily Ann Roberts; Team Pharrell saved by America's Madi Davis and Evan McKeel while he chose Mark Hood; and lastly Team Adam's saved by America Jordan Smith and Shelby Brown, while he saved Amy Vachal.
