Ghost and his powerhouse will return with new season 3 of 'Power' series. Star La La Anthony is set to reprise her role as LaKeisha including the actress' first topless scene. Julio as the new rebound guy for LaKeisha.
In the trailer video in which you can see here, Season 3 of Power continues to unravel James 'Ghost' St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick), known to his old world as Ghost, struggles with his present life as a New York nightclub owner against his drug business. The video teases using the question "Can you get one?" pertaining to Ghost's attempts to leave the illegal world behind.
Starz earlier this year confirmed renewal for the third installment of Power after airing the debut episode of the Season 2. Production started last September and the forthcoming episode will compose of ten episodes as series regular.
Cinema Blend reported that Season 1 premiered with low ratings for the series however the table was turn with Season 2. The sophomore series of Power hit the notch by 32% viewership with 3.63 million viewers compared to first season of more than a million.
Power Season 3 will see the return of La La Anthony as La Keisha. LaKeisha shortly dated Shawn (Sinqua Walls) before the latter got killed by Kanan (Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson) in Season 2. La Keisha will grieve for the loss of Shawn, and may even revive ruined friendship with best friend, Tasha (Naturi Naughton).
The actress also revealed in a post by Christian Today that she was finished with her first topless scene for Season 3 which she added is crucial to make the storyline more believable and realistic. The death of former love Shawn will pave a new way for a new partner in the person of Julio (J.R. Ramirez), who described as the new rebound guy for LaKeisha in the third season of the series.
Starz is set to premiere Power Season 3 in June of 2016.
