One Direction returned to their home stage over the weekend to perform one of their latest singles, 'Perfect.' The X Factor UK, home of the One Direction boys, welcomed the former third place winners as they reminisced what it's like performing on the same stage that made them who they are today. In other news, Olly Murs' job is hanging by a thread after the host announced the eviction results on live TV before the decision had been made.
According to a report from Billboard, One Direction to the X Factor UK stage over the weekend to perform 'Perfect,' one of their newest singles for their new album, 'Made In The A.M.' The band which is made up of Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Harry Styles, and Louis Tomlinson all wore ribbons around the wrists to show their love and support for the recent victims of the Paris terrorist attacks.
Music Times also reported on how the boys felt good to be back 'home' despite still getting nervous when it comes to performing on the very stage that brought them to where they are today. In an interview with hosts Melvin Odoom and Rochelle Humes, the British heartthrobs opened up how they still get nervous performing on the X Factor stage, especially as they know they are being judged by their boss, Simon Cowell, as well as the other judges.
In other news, Latin Post reported on the Olly Murs issue, and how the X Factor may lose his job after accidentally announcing on live TV that contestant Monica will be going home. Apparently, the popular host announced who was going home before the decision had even been made! The singer and host apologized on Twitter after the show and asked for the forgiveness of all the viewers and fans.
Olly Murs' current situation regarding the accident is still unknown. However Simon Cowell and other members in the same position are still discussing the matter, and whether the host will be fired from his position. When it comes to One Direction, the four lads continue to promote their latest album, and will be making various appearances before going on a hiatus next March.
