Stinger Medical merged with Canton, Michigan-headquartered Enovate. Stinger Medical was a maker and provider of mobile clinical workplace and medical technologies. It was recognized due to its industrialized power systems. On the other hand, Enovate was producer and supplier of movable and wall-mounted point-of-care work space solutions. It was acknowledged because of its artistic and ergonomically sophisticated design technologies.
Jointly, the two corporations would be called Enovate Medical. It would be the biggest provider of transportable clinical workplace in the US.
Stinger's CEO Nick Mendez would be the head of the merged companies. They would maintain their companies in Michigan and Tennessee.
"This merger creates a tremendous growth opportunity and combines two quality organizations, each with a commitment to excellence and superior client service," said Nick Mendez.
"Coming together with a highly reputable organization like Stinger allows us to expand our client offerings, create new opportunities for our employees and ultimately grow our organization in a significant way," co-founder of Enovate, Ron Sgro, said.
