Xbox Live Gold members can play the highly acclaimed NBA 2K16 for free this weekend starting November 20 to 22 for Xbox Live Gold's Free Play Days. Also, 2K has just released the newest patch1.03 for PS4 while Xbox One users still have to wait for a bit pending the approval from Microsoft.
On its official website, Xbox confirmed that Xbox Live with Gold members can play NBA 2K16 entirely for free this coming weekend from 9 AM PT Friday, November 20 through 11:59 PM PT Sunday, November 22. This will enable Gold members to try out their skills in playing ball virtually including hoops of excitement and drama in new 2K Pro-Am game mode.
Those who eventually would like to purchase the game, it is on sale all week with irresistible discounts off the game's regular price. Xbox Live members can download the game by simply clicking on the Gold Member area on the home dashboard or access it via Xbox store.
In more news, 2K has rolled out the new patch 1.03 now live for PS4 while Xbox One version will become available shortly upon approval of Microsoft.The new update which has 2.4GB size offers tons of improvements and bug fixes to the gameplay, MyPark, MyCareer and MyLeague modes of the game, reports International Business Times.
The main improvements for this popular Basketball sim game are directed at the classic team uniforms, 2KTV viewing experience, face scanning results, CPU logic, alley-oop defense, double team logic, logic system, voice chat support in MyPark and 2K Pro-Am and other add-on.

NBA 2K16 is the latest iteration of the the NBA 2K series launched by game develope and publisher 2K Sports on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One platforms on September 29.
