Underworld: Next Generation is an action packed horror movie franchise which is a sequel to the previous "Underworld: Awakening" in late 2012. Kate Beckinsale will again to star in her lead role as Selene, a badass vampire warrior, together with Michael Corvin (Scott Speedman) and daughter Eve (India Eisley), her only first born hybrid in a fight for survival and extiction between Vampires and Lycans.
The movie is based on a near future scene where'in Selene, with the help of her daughter, barely escaped the depths of the Lycans in their scientific experiments in enhancing new breed of werewolves. According to IMDb, it is speculated that this will be the last movie Kate Beckinsale will be palying as Selene, but do hope that it will not be her last.
In this fifth installment, she will be again joined by David (Theo James), who also starred in the previous sequel "Underwold Awakening" in the late 2012. The movie will be directed by Anna Foerster, whom credited for her skills in directing in TV series such as "Outlander" and "Criminal Minds" and the script will be written by Cory Goodman. Entertainment Weekly reported that Czech Capital will be the movies primary filming location and production began in prague with an estimated $500 millon franchise.
The Hollywood Reporter stated that the movie will be focused more on the new and younger generations of Vampires and Werewolves, which will make the sequel more interesting and be more anticipating to watch.
With the humans involved, expect this gothic action pack horror movie to be more intense as Selene, together with her daughter freed themselves together from the grasps of the Lycans. Now facing new obstacles, they need find Michael and unite each other to gain strength in order to face this world of chaos both their species generated.
October 21, 2016 will be it's release date, so Vampire and Werewolf lovers out there, prepare for an action pack horror movie co'z Underwolrd: Next Generation will soon be in theaters near you.
