The young mom took to Twitter to announce her engagement with a photo of her and her main man showing off her diamond engagement ring with the caption, "He's stuck now!" In an exclusive interview with MTV, the 24-year--old expressed her happiness and stated, "I am unbelievably excited, and it feels good to finally have my family that I have always wanted.
Daily Mail UK reported on the proposal and how boyfriend Cole surprised his soon-to-be bride, according to Chelsea, "Cole brought me to a personal spot in the woods where he had photos lining the tree," she reveals. "The pictures hanging were of him and I and the three of us as a family."
She then added how her daughter from her ex, Adam Lind, was present for the proposal. "Cole asked Aubree if it was okay if he married her mommy. She immediately said yes, was extremely excited, and gave him a big hug," Chelsea explained.
In another report from Parent Herald, the soon-to-be married couple started dating in August last year after meeting at a gas station. Chelsea's father, Randy Houska, who is known for being protective of his daughter, and extremely disliked ex Adam, has given the couple his blessing, and is over the moon with happiness for his daughter's happy ending.
With Chelsea Houska and Cole DeBoer just announcing their engagement, it will probably be a few more weeks or months before any wedding ideas or plans are announced. However, Chelsea did mention in an interview that she and her fiancé only plan to have a small wedding with just friends and family.
