Moto X Style's receipt of the Android 6.0 Marshmallow software has been marked out imminent following the declaration from its president last week that official rollout to the same device will begin to be deployed in Brazil and India which is due in November or December.
Motorola has declared already the official rollout of Android 6.0 Marshmallow will begin on its Moto X Style devices in Brazil and India, David Schuster shared publicly on November 12, 2015 in his Google+ account. Although he only dropped "in the next few weeks" as the release date, reports have it that it must come before the month ends or as December opens.
As normally works out at Google, the Marshmallow software will be released in phases beginning in the said countries with US and Canada expected to follow suit. Aside from Moto X Style, the same update will also be pioneered by Moto X (2014) in Brazil and India.
The update shall come in over the air via notification message. To check update availability, go to Settings > About device > Software updates > Check for updates.
GSM Arena stated in its reports that the Android 6.0 Marshmallow upgrade will also be out to these devices in more regions or locations soon after approval process will commence in those territories.
Recently, the Lenovo-owned company has irked fans after it excluded Moto E lineup from Marshmallow list, including Moto E (2014) and Moto E (2013) and some other Moto X models.
Android 6.0 Marshmallow will bring in new features and improvements in user interface, battery, and overall performance.
