Project CARS 2 'On Its Way'; Slightly Mad Grants Fans With Japanese Cars DLC for $3.49

The critically controversial Project CARS 2 has not ceased to be stormed with countless rumors and speculations, mainly about when the title will come out-but more importantly to some, where the game stands as of the moment. While the said second expansion is still yet to come forth, the existing title still is inevitably getting its share of updates.

According to recent reports, Slightly Mad Studios has been rather generous with granting fans of the attributes that they want for the Project CARS series. As it was a recent addition to have the Aston Martin downloadable content update, gamers may have asked for more from the creators, and better yet, more information on the highly awaited second installment.

It was elaborated upon by Slightly Mad Studios that Project CARS 2 is well on its way. The title is still currently under development, and as great as the anticipation of the title sounds, Project CARS is still on the driver's seat for now.

Reported by International Business Times, Slightly Mad Studios spoke about On Demand, and was quoted, "PROJECT CARS ON DEMAND is our commitment to keeping Project CARS up-to-date with the greatest, freshest, and most critical content whilst also allowing players to pick and choose the cars & tracks they want - without being locked in to a pre-paid scheme.

With continual Feature Updates addressing items identified by the community and introducing new functionality, exciting Free Cars and beautiful Community-created Liveries, and a variety of themed Car Packs and Track Expansions, Project CARS is built for the future and continues to be a growing and evolving experience throughout 2015 and beyond led by the racing community around the world."

In connection to such, Game Zone noted that a Japanese Car Pack has been made available as per demand of the fans. It costs $3.49, and comprised of the 2015 Scion FR-S Rocket Bunny Edition, the 2015 Toyota GT-86 Rocket Bunny GT Edition, 2014 Toyota TS040 Hybrid and 2012 Toyota GT86 / Toyota 86. There is also some under the Mitsubishi line, namely the 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX FQ-360 and the 1999 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI TME.

Project CARS 2 may still be more than a quarter mile away but fans can still feast on what the current title has in store. Having said so, the gamers can rest assured that a new masterpiece has its foot on the pedal.
