Rumor has it that Jennifer Aniston is enraged with ex-husband, Brad Pitt, for putting up with Angelina Jolie in creating a film that's supposedly aimed at her and her failed marriage with Pitt.
Reports state that Mrs. Theroux is upset that the 51-year-old "Fury" actor not only shared to Jolie everything that had happened in their marriage, but even supported her in making a film about it.
The movie "By The Sea" is written, directed and starred by Jolie alongside Pitt that talks about the story of a couple struggling to make their marriage work. It seems that "Mr. and Mrs. Smith's" new film got on Aniston's nerves.
As reported by Gossip Cop via Life&Style, a source stated the reason that got the former "Friends" star pissed about "By the Sea."
"A film executive pal gave Jen a detailed account of 'By the Sea' and drew parallels between her life and Angelina's character. Jen feels like Angelina's script took dead aim at her...it's sparked a war between Brad and Jen." A source allegedly disclosed.
However, Gossip Cop claims there is no truth to this allegation. A representative from Aniston's side purportedly confirmed that the actress is not having any issues against "By The Sea," or on either Pitt and Jolie.
Furthermore, the site goes on to say that Pitt did not take part in any of the writing process of the film and just got on with the script after it was finished. As for Jolie, the 40-year-old actress shared during the promotion of the film that "By The Sea," that it is a product of her own crazy mind and did not at all reflect what she and Brad went through, also implying what transpired between Brad and ex-wife Aniston.
While "By The Sea" is reportedly going downhill and considered as a movie flop, the film still shares a good message for couples: "Whatever you go through, weather the storm and stick together."
It looks like Mrs. Pitt is not picking a fight with Mrs. Theroux after all.
