Final Fantasy VII Remake Leaks Reveal Changes in Combat System; Square Enix Title Nintendo NX Compatible?

The much-awaited Final Fantasy VII remake may have a lot up its sleeves, and Square Enix may have kept itself from disseminating too much for the fans to hold on to. Long story short, the title may be undergoing quite a number of changes as a whole, or better yet, perhaps a full overhaul of the expansion.

It was recently reported by Movie Pilot that Square Enix has put a lot of time and effort in making the much-coveted Final Fantasy VII remake come to life. For many years, fans have agreed that the seventh installment was genuinely the best of the whole series, and with that, the need for a remake is instantly a must.

According to iDigital Times, many bits of information have circulated the society when it comes to Final Fantasy VII's remake. Some information leaks state that the system may or may not retain the old turn-based combat system, as there are fans who found the said approach quite off, and this is one feature that can be tolerated as close to happening. Another leak that went viral online would be the trophies for the upcoming title, in which players are urged to not hold on to the said tidbits until Square Enix gives concrete announcements about them.

Previous news delivered that Final Fantasy VII's remake may actually be supported by Nintendo hardware, specifically the Nintendo NX. This is, of course, a separate issue that for players that cordially expect the title to arrive for the PlayStation 4, but for the time being, can be taken as good news more than the opposite. To many Nintendo patrons, this is a great advantage, as other new generation games are also to be welcomed by Nintendo NX.

The Final Fantasy VII remake is expected to be presented publically within 2017 at the earliest as per Square Enix, and with so much on the line, FF fans can keep their fingers crossed as the highly-anticipated remake can bring a lot of good things to the table.
