WWE 2K16 1.03 Update Out Soon; 2K Confirms Improvement on NXT Champ's Entrance and More

By

2K Sports has announced the soon-to be-released Patch 1.03 for WWE 2K16 that will expectedly tweak a number of persistent bugs particularly address issues on the Wrestling simulator and entrances in the game.

The game publisher has not yet released the patch notes to detail the bug fixes to come with the new update for WWE 2K16. However, 2K has confirmed via Twitch livestream that it will include a new and improved entrance for NXT Champ Finn Balor upon patch 1.03 release.

Fans can see how the said entrance featured in the game differs from Finn Balor's spectacular entrance in NXT as the movement or fluidity of the Wrestling superstar doesn't really show quite a match, notes International Business Times. .

According to Attack of the Fanboy, that is due to the fact that Balor didn't do the choreograph for the entrance animation seen in the video game but rather performed the motions for one that hasn't been launched just yet. The upcoming patch is said to fix not just Balor's entrance but will also other entrances on top of other changes. An example of another entrance that needs tweaking is that of Tyler Breeze excluding his cellphone video on NXT arena and it is given that this will no longer be the case once the new update becomes available.

WWE 2K16 season pass is made available for US$24.99 or AU$34.23 which contains all downloadable content (DLC) coming in the near future including the first "New Moves Pack" released just recently. Season Pass holders will also get new addition of characters via DLC like Finn Balor's "Takeover London" opponent, Samoa Joe.

WWE 2K16 was released on October 27 in US followed by Europe, Australia and Asia regions. A PC version will be released before this year ends and is speculated to come out this December. Stay tuned.
