Attack on Titan Season 2 Maybe Last in Series; Japan Premiere in Feb. 2016 with New Breed of Titans, Eren's Death

Good news to the fans of the Attack on Titan as the hit anime series is set to return for Season 2 on the first quarter of 2016. The anime verstion to deviate from the original story of the manga. Eren Yaeger to lose a battle against Captain Smith and may possibly die.

The destruction continues as the gluttonous cannibal giants of Attack on Titan returns for its second season. The better news is, several news come to light on the confirmed released date for Attack on Titan Season 2. Realty Today announced recently that the most awaited sequel bounds to return on February of 2016 in Japan. Online streaming will follow few days after the television release.

The positive news is immediately followed by a negative one. Yibada revealed that Season 2 of the Attack on Titans may be the last one for the anime series. The manga series story pace is slower and since the anime will fast track the arc, news say it will the final season for the series.

Another basis for the finale season is the spoiler on Eren Yaeger being defeated by Captain Smith. The battle could lead to Eren's death and Captain Smith's arm amputation. Captain Smith is reportedly to retire from the 104th Trainees Squad.

Cross Map disclosed that Ymir, Reiner Braun, and Bertolt are the powerful titans the 104th Trainee Squad needs to watch out for. It turned out that Ymir was the 60 year old titan who turned back into a human after devouring Marcel. Meanwhile, Reiner and Bertolt are the new breed of titans the team will encounter on Attack on Titan Season 2. Reiner is allegedly the armored titan while Bertolt is the Colossal Titan.

Attack on Titan Season 2 will return in February 2016 and online streaming will be available immediately after the premiere.
