GoPro has given its treat to the company's fans as it is giving a nice deal for GoPro Hero 4 Session. The sports camera which was unveiled earlier this year is dropping its price to $200 for this coming holiday season.
According to Day Herald, the GoPro Hero 4 from the GoPro stable is a small but powerful cube-shaped camera. This sports camera is designed for portability with the small build allowing it to be brought anywhere.
This device is the smallest, lightest and the most convenient camera that has been released by GoPro yet. It is 50 percent smaller and 40 percent lighter compared to the Hero 4 Black and Silver cameras which are the best-selling snappers from the company.
The Hero 4 Session arrived featuring a powerful waterproofing capability which enables the usage underwater. In fact, it is waterproof for up to 33 feet even without the need for additional casing. Also armed with Wi-Fi support, it houses just a single button with multiple functions that makes taking pictures and video recording more convenient and fast.
Christian Post reported that GoPro Hero 4 Session's price has been marked down to $200 to encourage shoppers to buy the action-cam this holiday season.
In late September, GoPro has already dropped $100 from the original price of the Hero4 Session in the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia. Nevertheless, the first discount must have done little to help the sales of the waterproof action-cam, so the price was further cut down by another $100.
At $200, the Hero4 Session is now at a reasonable price for action-cam fans.
LatinPost stated that the GoPro Hero 4 Session is particularly made to be taken on-the-run for instant shooting with barely any preparation. GoPro is having great competition with Polaroid since it sells the $150 Cube+ camera which is very similar to the Session.
In fact, the devices are much similar that Polaroid actually believes that GoPro infringed on their patent. The company is said to be filing a lawsuit against its rival.
With the GoPro's treat to its patrons, the GoPro Hero 4 Session might already pass the list fo great presents with reasonable prices this coming holiday season. Buyers who bought the Hero4 Session back in July for $400 have to feel like they overpaid now.
