Man Outraged After Discovering The BMW He Bought Was Overly Used In Top Gear By Jeremy Clarkson

Rob Willis was furious after he found out that the BMW M3 he bought with a huge amount of money has been used in the TV Show Top Gear. One of the hosts, Jeremy Clarkson, has already used it so much that the quality doesn't match up to it's selling price.

Usually, people clamor to get or buy the actual stuff that celebrities use and when they do get it, they feel a great sense of pride. But that's not the case for 27-year-old Rob Willis. He thought that buying a BMW M3 that was used in Top Gear would be a steal at first but as soon as he used it, doubts about whether he made the right choice or not crept in one by one.

"The breaks were constantly squeaking and the steering wheel made a clunking noise every time I came off the motorway," Willis told Mirror.

According to DailyMail, he reportedly spent £50,000 on buying the car alone. That roughly converts to $75,800. From the moment he bought the car to the moment he found out why the car has problems, the said vehicle have spent time in and out of garages and obviously, they're not free. But since the garage employees couldn't figure out what was wrong with the car then, Willis came to the point where he contacted BMW in Germany just to figure things out.

It wasn't until him and his girlfriend were watching a Top Gear rerun that they were able to put the pieces toegther. His girlfriend pointed out that the BMW M3 that was being used in a bizarre stunt has the same plate number and was in fact, the BMW that Willis bought. He was outraged.

According to Carscoops, when Rob Willis was asked about his feelings regarding the whole situation, he said, "It's outrageous, I have an eight-year-old daughter and three young nephews whose lives have been risked. The dealers told me it was a mistake and the car should never have been sold as it was unfit for the road."

Jeremy Clarkson has been known to drive outrageously; and not in the good sense. But experts say that jumping to the conclusion that the Top Gear host broke the car is not correct. Still, the issue here is that having false assurance that your car is in good condition is putting lives at risk. It's like being blindsided of your cars illness.

In the end, the dealership sent him a replacement car for all the troubles the damaged car have caused.
