Batman: Arkham Knight December DLC Arrives Dec. 22, Features Detailed; Multiplayer Possible in the Future?

By

The success of Batman: Arkham Knight has been untouched for the past number of months-setting aside the trouble caused by the PC version. November's awesome downloadable content has done its share, and with December just around the corner, gamers are in for another plethora of action-packed feats.

According to Yibada, Batman: Arkham Knight has recently concluded the massive November update which even featured some of the attributes from Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice. Now that the month has passed and December is upon the fans, a new array of updates are ready to surface. Some of which are stories designated primarily for the opposition of the Caped Crusader.

Reported by Christian Post, the downloadable content update will feature an addition aptly entitled Season of Infamy: Most Wanted Expansion. This will be comprised of multiple villains that fans of the Batman franchise will unmistakably know of, such as Mad Hatter in Mission: Wonderland and Mr. Freeze's Mission: In From the Cold. Others to name include Ra's Al Ghul's own Mission: Shadow War and the reptilian abomination Killer Croc in Mission: Beneath the Surface.

Delivered by Inquisitr, apart from the said antagonist missions, there will also be a wave of Batman's own hardware, including the 2008 movie's Batman Begins skin, the original Arkham Batmobile, Crime Fighter Challenge Pack number five and six more TBC AR Challenges. That being said, gamers are in for more than just tasks to do, but also more equipment to look forward to.

Other Batman-related news states that Rocksteady Studios may be eyeing for multiplayer mode in the near future. Though Batman: Arkham Knight was declared to be the last title, a chance may spawn that it could be a completely different series, which may focus on a more interactive aspect for the franchise. This is yet to be confirmed, however, and is all but a certainty for the time being.

The Batman: Arkham Knight December downloadable content update will be made available on December 22nd, 2015. Stay updated on Rocksteady Studios' future plans for the series.
