All eyes are currently on the candidates of the 2015 Miss Universe pageant as they get ready for the big night. Just recently, the contestants have showcased their national costumes as part of a filming event gathered for the competition. These national costumes will also be worn by the 81 candidates during the finale, as they take the stage and display their heritage for everyone to see.
Earlier, it was announced that three big-time performers will be belting out during the show. Among these performers include Grammy nominee, Charlie Puth, The Band Perry, and Seal. With this announcement, it looks like everyone is already excited to hear the musical numbers prepared by these artists. Particularly for Puth, who had an interesting 2015, performing for the candidates will be an icing to the cake for his success throughout the year. While he is up for three Grammy awards, his song "See You Again" has been nominated for Song of the Year.
Seal, on the other hand, is no stranger to the big stage. At 52 years old, he has already accomplished much in his career. His newly released album, which reached the 45 spot on the Billboard 200. Meanwhile, The Band Perry is composed of three siblings who performed the song "If I Die Young." These artists are all set to perform on the globally anticipated show.
The 64th Miss Universe pageant will be taking place at the Planet Hollywood Resort in Las Vegas on December 20th. Steve Harvey will be hosting the pageant with reports from Roselyn Sanchez. The live airing of Sunday's show will begin at 7 PM ET on Fox. Meanwhile, the Spanish language simulcast will be hosted by Poncho de Anda and Vanessa Claudio. It will air on Azteca America.
