Adobe Systems Incorporated announced the completion of its acquisition of Neolane. Neolane integrates offline and online marketing data. The company concentrates on the performance of robust audience segmentation, as well as delivering marketing messages across paths. The company offers best-in-class platforms for automation and execution for campaigns. Platforms used are set via Web, social networks, email, mobile devices and carriers, call centers, point of sale (POS) and via direct mail. This integration enable marketers the opportunity to deliver personalized campaigns, consistent customer experiences, as well as increased ROI.
