Indian Businessman Suspected of Committing Suicide After Murdering Wife and Daughter
The local police went to the residence after receiving information about the tragic incident through a PCR call at around 9:30 a.m. on Friday.
According to a police official, Ajay's wife and daughter were killed with a sharp object or weapon, while the door of the room was locked from inside, which has led the police to believe that the businessman may have killed his wife and daughter before hanging himself.
A relative of Ajay told The Times of India that the woman "had injuries on her throat," while the girl "had sustained an injury to her head." He added that a liquor bottle and a dinner leftover were also found on their bed.
The police said the couple also had a 22-year-old son named Kushal, an electrician, who had gone out for work and discovered the bodies when he got back home in the morning.

Ajay's relative also said that some people even saw Ajay and his daughter buying something from a shop on Thursday, and he looked "normal and happy." The police said investigative teams were deployed to the scene to gather evidence and understand the circumstances leading to this incident.
According to the Deputy Commissioner of Police (outer) Jimmy Chiram, a case under section 302 (murder) of the Indian Penal Code has been registered in relation to the crime.
