The person behind the social media handle DogPack404, only identified as Dawson, has been issued two cease and desist orders Wednesday (July 31) from MrBeast, the social media brand headed by embattled YouTuber Jimmy Donaldson.

It is understood that the legal action was made after Dawson allegedly violated a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) by releasing an almost hour-long video on YouTube exposing the MrBeast brand for alleged fraudulent practices, such as using CGI to fake videos, conducting illegal lottery on giveaway livestreams, and rigging game show-format content to allegedly favor Donaldson's inner circle of contacts, some of which are either his employees, his fellow big creators, or his friends and loved ones.

Sportskeeda reported that the video received massive support from people critical of Donaldson and his brand despite YouTube allegedly "shadowbanning" it, or the algorithm's practice of allowing the video on the platform but making it difficult for viewers to search it.

Redditors Claim Gag Order Came from Law Firm Defending Boeing

In a thread of posts on X, formerly Twitter, Dawson revealed that his phone number got leaked by several MrBeast employees, whose work statuses could not be independently verified, and was told that some of them wanted to have private investigators stalk at him and his family to discredit him for his alleged claims against the company.

DogPack particularly denied allegations that he was using illegal drugs and that mentioning such was only a joke.

VCPost previously reported that Nathan Weyman, a former MrBeast Discord admin who exposed Ava Kris Tyson's alleged indecent behavior, was also given a cease and desist order. Weyman's website, which exposed Tyson's alleged messaging of minors, was also taken down as a result.

Meanwhile, several users on Reddit claim that the law firm that handed Dawson the second cease and desist order was allegedly identified as Quinn Emmanuel, which claimed to have represented Boeing in its latest saga on the two fatal 737 MAX crashes that happened in the late 2010s.

Quinn Emmanuel was also revealed to have represented several big entities such as X, FIFA, Citadel, and several Chinese individuals.

DogPack404 on Gag Orders: 'This is 1984'

In the aftermath of the cease and desist orders, several YouTubers such as Acheeto and Caleb Hunter "Oompaville" Phelps contacted Dawson Thursday (Aug. 1) to request him to elaborate the allegations he made on his video, which he emphasized was just the first part of a series of videos exposing MrBeast.

Dawson told Acheeto that he was fired after around three months of working for the media company, saying that he was "against" it even before getting directly hired, but downplayed the notion that he was a disgruntled employee since "the facts speak for themselves."

"This is 1984, this is literally the Ministry of Truth," Dawson added, comparing the cease and desist orders with the story of George Orwell's dystopian bestseller novel.

On the other hand, Dawson told Phelps that the video he made did not violate the NDA he signed with MrBeast since most of the information he cited was public information with a few details regarding the company's alleged criminal activity.

"I feel confident ... because it's 100% expected," Dawson said when asked by Phelps about the cease and desist order.

However, despite opposing MrBeast and his alleged corporate malpractices, Dawson dismissed allegations from several Bible Belt Christians who were convinced that Donadlson was the Antichrist mentioned in the Bible's Book of Revelation.

Dawson did not reveal when he would release the second part of his accusations against MrBeast.
