According to three sources familiar with the situation, Bieber has brought on investment banks JPMorgan Chase and Moelis & Co. to help find a buyer.
Rhode, launched in 2022 and named after Hailey's middle name, has quickly grown into a major player in the beauty industry, Investing said.
The Los Angeles-based brand offers skincare and makeup products and has gained strong attention through Bieber's large social media presence.
With over 50 million followers on Instagram, she has been a powerful voice in beauty trends like the now-famous "glazed donut skin" look.
According to two sources, Rhode currently brings in nearly $200 million in annual revenue. It has also partnered with brands like Krispy Kreme to promote limited-edition product lines, boosting both visibility and popularity.
In 2023, the brand appointed Nick Vlahos, former CEO of The Honest Company, as Rhode's chief executive officer, signaling a move toward scaling the business further.
