On Saturday, the world was astounded by news report regarding a Malaysian aircraft which vanished without a trace. As of today, there is still no lead what could have possibly happened to Malaysia Airlines flight MH370, according to a report from BBCNews.

The aircraft left Kuala Lumpur International Airport on Saturday, March 8 at 12:41. It was due to reach Beijing at 06:30. However, air traffic control had lost contact with the aircraft at 01:30. This was after 2 hours the plane left Kuala Lumpur carrying 239 passengers. There were two children and one adult who were American.

Many speculations about the loss of the airplane had been going around. According to BBCNews, debris, believed to have come from flight MH370, was found in Tho Chu Island, Vietnam. However this report was not yet confirmed if indeed it was from the Malaysian Airlines plane.

Among the Chinese nationals on board were 19 artists who attended a Kuala Lumpur exhibition. On the other hand, there were two male passengers who were on board the plane, travelling with stolen passports. This has ignited speculations that the missing aircraft could have endured a terroristic attack. A report from ABCNews said that the two men purchased the tickets on the same date.

Malaysian officials had identified surveillance videos with visuals of all the passengers who boarded the plane and assured that they would be examined for further investigation. This was according to Malaysian Transport Minister Hishammuddin Hussein
