Katie Piper, an English philanthropist and TV presenter has given birth. Piper welcomed her 7lb. baby girl, Belle Elizabeth, on Friday morning with her boyfriend James.
In announcement of the happy news, Piper wrote "I am delighted to tell you that our daughter Belle Elizabeth was born today! Overwhelmed with happiness. We can't wait to get to know her!"
Piper also added after giving birth by Caesarean, "I am so overwhelmed with happiness. I literally can't stop looking at her, she's just beautiful. After all the operations I've had, this one has given me my daughter - it's just the most special feeling in the world."
The television presenter had been facing extensive medical treatment. This was after her ex-sweetheart threw acid over her in a horrific attack. The star made a documentary called, My Beautiful Face that has inspired many people including X Factor’s Simon Cowell.
Katie has also setup a foundation intended to help those who have suffered burns.
