US President Barack Obama selects final four for 2014 NCAA championship round

US President Barack Obama, the First Bracketeer in the NCAA tournament, has made his picks. Obama picked No.1 seeds and two No.4 seeds to head on the Final Four, reported Washington Post.

Obama selected Arizona, Michigan State, Louisville and Florida to play on the NCAA tournament this weekend. The President thinks that the Spartans would end the Cardinals’ bid to have a repeat on their championship title. The Michigan State and Louisville are both advancing to the championship game on April 7.

In an interview on ESPN, Obama told anchor Andy Katz, “Tom Izzo is a great tournament coach. I’ve got Michigan State going all the way…. He knows how to motivate folks, and he knows how to coach. My pick: Michigan State. Bring it home for me. It’s been a while since I’ve won my pool.”

Obama also added that the Four he has chosen, “are not imaginative picks, but I think they’re the right ones.”
