Amazon and Best Buy have appeared to leak a PS4 and PS Vita bundle complete with pricing, ahead of its scheduled big announcement in the upcoming Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3 2014).
Amazon France posted a product page for a special PlayStation 4/ PlayStation Vita dubbed as the "Ultimate Player Edition" bundle. The console is priced at $560.
Separately, Twitter account Wario64 posted a Best Buy circular listing the PS4 Vita bundle with Borderlands 2 for Vita.
The listing shows the slim model of PS Vita will be available by July 4 in France, which is priced at about $789.99. The PS Vita slim model will cost at an average of $245.16 while the PS4 itself is $544.83, thus the higher price indicates a PS4 Vita bundle.
Speculations are ripe that Sony will focus on the PS4's new content, where only a few exclusive games will be accepted, or some other titles that could give PS4 an advantage over the PS3 or Xbox One. Sony is also reportedly working on an augmented reality headset under Project Morpheus.
Sony's E3 2014 press conference is set for Monday, June 9, and will be covered live by about 50 movie theatres in Canada and the U.S.
PS4 was the highlight of Sony's announcements during E3 in 2013. At that time, gaming fans were excited to see what Sony has to supersede PS3.
E3 is an annual convention where the hottest video games of the year are shown. E3 2014 will be held on June 10-14 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Press conferences for Microsoft, Sony, Electronic Arts and Ubisoft will be held today, June 9.
