Defending champion Andy Murray loses to Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov in the quarter-finals of Men's singles match. Reportedly, Murray wasn't his usual self in the game. There are speculations over his loss in the match, as it seems he was not in his normal playing form and was not focused.

Murray's opponent, Grigor Dimitrov, 23-year-old tennis star told in an interview, something was off about the former champion.

"As soon as we started to warm up, I sensed that his game was not at the highest level," he said.

Murray, 27, rubbished his statement by saying he simply had "bad day at the office" and pointed out his break points in the first game.

He lost to Bulgarian in straight set during the quarter-final match in the Centre Court at Wimbledon. His loss left many to speculate over player's performance, which appeared to be on the peak during early rounds of the tournament.

During the second set of the Andy Murray vs Grigor Dimitrov match, around 2:13 pm, photographers on Centre Court told TheGuardian, they heard Andy Murray scream "shut the f*** up" in the direction of the player's box, where his girlfriend Kim Sears, new coach Amelie Mauresmo and his mother Judy Murray were sitting.

Later, when he was 4-2 down in the third set, he was again heard saying "five minutes before the f***ing match. These curses left people to wonder if something happened during his pre-match preparations.

These speculations are not yet confirmed.

Murray left grounds in an All England Club car straight after his post-match interview without changing his tennis gear. On the other hand, The Telegraph reported that Sears was upset about the loss and made a quick exit from the player's box the moment Murray lost. She then left Wimbledon ground alone, contrary to the player's 2012 loss in the finals against Roger Federer when the couple left the court together.

According to The Independent, Murray's spokesperson Matt Gentry, who was sitting in the players' box, said he had not heard Murray's utterances but agreed that the British number one had seemed a little "off his game".

"He always mutters to himself," he said. "Occasionally his language is a bit colourful and he does talk to himself. I think they were utterances of frustration."

However, he did not confirm any argument between the couple.

Murray is presently busy with counterpart Novak Djokovic's wedding in Montenegro. Will he forgive Sears? Time will tell.
