Even with LeBron Jame's departure to Cleveland, Dwyane Wade is still staying with the Miami Heat. Recent reports reveal that the Heat star has agreed a deal with Miami designed to provide both him and the only team that he has called home his entire career flexibility in the seasons to come.

Wade signed the new contract with Miami on Tuesday. Its reported to be a two-year deal around $30 million with the second year being a player option a source with personal knowledge of the situation reveals. Wade is proud to have been part of a Miami Heat team with a championship culture and is confident about the team's future.

"I am proud to have spent every single day of my career as a member of the Miami Heat and to have brought three championship titles to this great city,'' Wade said in a statement. "I've been here through the good times and the hard times. I have confidence in the Miami Heat organization and the team they are building."

On Teusday, the Heat guard tweeted "Home Is Where The Heart Is... My Home,My City,My House'' along with a photo of himself standing beneath the three NBA championship banners majestically hanging at the American Airlines Arena - giving fans and media personalities a hint that Wade wasn't going anywhere this summer in the free agency.

Miami Heat President Pat Riley acknowledged that Wade was again willing to become the foundation of the Heat mantra of sacrifice. The contract he signed with the Heat four summers ago left a lot of money on the table allowing the front office to bring in LeBron James, Chris Bosh, and Udonis Haslem happen. This time, Wade has made the financial sacrifice again so the Heat can fill in the void left by LeBron James deprature to Cleveland with the signings of Luol Deng, Josh Mcroberts, and Danny Granger.

"Dwyane has been the franchise cornerstone for this team since the day he arrived 11 years ago," Riley said. "He has shown his commitment to the Heat many times over the course of his career and has always been willing to sacrifice in order to help build this team into a champion. This time is no different."

Many were expecting Dwyane wade to stay with the Heat but his discount deal was a huge boost for the Heat this summer in the 2014 NBA free agency especially with Jame's departure.
