There have been reports that the both versions will have a 1704 x 906 resolution, giving the 4.7 inch model a 416 pixel density, while giving the 5.5 inch model a 365 pixel density.
Processor
More likely than not, Apple will carry the strong and efficient A8 processor that should improve battery life. LaptopMag reported that the smartphone will sport a 20 nanometer quad-core 64 bit A8 processor, while cnBeta.com has gone on record saying that the iPhone 6 will have a 2 GHz or better dual-core processor
Memory
There will be a big change in available memory options for the iPhone. Both the 4.7 inch and the 5.5 inch versions can carry either 64GB or 128GB of space
Power
The 4.7 inch model will reportedly have a 1800mAh battery that should give a 15% increase in battery life, while the 5.5 inch model will have a large 2500 mAh battery that will give it a 50% increase in battery life over the iPhone 5S. The earlier mentioned processor will also reduce battery drain because of the improved efficiency.
Design
Leaked photos of the iPhone 6 show that the new smartphone may be the slimmest of them all. The iPhone's larger screens will mean larger bodies, featuring dimensions of 130 x 65 x 7mm and will weigh in at 113g.
