Ramona Singer, the star of The Real Housewives of New York City, announced the other week that she called it quits with her husband, Mario after 20 years together. And last week, she revealed the reason she's parting ways with him.
Ramona confessed that Mario betrayed her. "Having your husband betray you is the worst feeling in the world, and I wish it on no one," Ramona wrote in her blog entry.
"I feel like I was emotionally bruised for the past five months by Mario...I was in a fragile state," the Bravo star revealed.
In the show's three-part reunion special, Ramona seemed to be a little bit different as she tried to swing over discussions about her marriage. She also admitted she was not so polite when host Andy Cohen asked her about her marital status and she answered, "I want this closed down! Stop it, Andy. I don't want to talk about it."
Her blog post reads, "I must say I was not as respectful as I should of been to Andy."
"When I filmed the reunion, Mario and I had reconciled only the month before. I so wanted to try to get our relationship back on track," the reality star explained.
"Mario was extremely adamant about me not speaking about our relationship and his infidelity. This is so not who I am-I always speak freely on all subjects. I was allowing my husband to control my behavior," Ramona went on sharing.
Meanwhile, rumors have been circulating online suggesting that the producers of the show have put the "cast on blast," leaving viewers wondering if they will see new faces on the reality show's upcoming new season.
After the finale of RHONY on WWHL with Andy Cohen, Ramona hinted that she will be returning to the show's next season, saying she "would be nicer next season."
According to KpopStarz, the network is putting the cast members "on the chopping block," noting that the show's viewership has significantly plummeted since its previous season.
As of now, Bravo has made no confirmation regarding the casting for its supposed next supposed.
