The 19th season of the show "Dancing with the Stars" is expected to debut this coming September. Now that there is only a month for the viewers to wait for the latest season of the show, fans are curious as to who among the dancers are expected to return to the show.

According to the Christian Post, it was already confirmed that some of the "Dancing with the Stars" veterans are going to come back on the show. The dancers who are expected to compete includes Cheryl Hough, Mark Ballas, Derek Hough, Val Chmerkovskiy, Emma Slater, Peta Murgatroyd, Tony Dovolani and Witney Carson. Some professional dancers who are not returning for the latest season include Henry Byalikov, Sharna Burgess and season 18's winner Mark Chmerkovskiy. He said during his interview on the "The View," Christian Post reported, that he is going to leave the show because he feels he needs to retire.

Chmerkovskiy was quoted as saying, "I am done dancing. I feel like it's time."

If someone is leaving the show then definitely someone is going to replace them. The first on the list is Artem Chiqvintsev. It was reported on The Telegraph that the dancer has ended his contract with the British dance show counterpart "Strictly Come Dancing," where he won during its first season. The next person who is going to join the show is Allison Holker. According to Wetpaint, Holker became famous for her stint in the reality dance competition "So You Think You Can Dance." She has also worked as a choreographer for "DWTS" and was nominated along with Hough for the 2013 Emmys. Keoikantse Motsepe, who toured with the 'Burn the Floor' production, is a renowned Latin American champion in the dancing world for 8 years and has formal training in Latin American, contemporary and ballroom dancing styles at Corenergy Dance Centre, this report read.

But the biggest return, if reports are to be believed, is Julianne Hough. According to TMZ, Julianne Hough has been offered to be the fourth judge of the show and it was expected that she is going to accept the deal. US Weekly said Julianne had already sat in as a guest judge on the show in Seasons 17 and 18, and her opinionated answers and credibility as a professional dancer had made her qualified to be offered a role as a future judge in the show.
