"Jurassic World" star Chris Pratt expressed his excitement on the upcoming "Jurassic Park" sequel and dished out some details to tease the fans of the franchise, Christian Today reports.
In an interview with Mirror UK, Pratt described how the new movie is different from the previous ones and revealed what fans can expect from it.
"Dude, it's going to be so good. I'm precious about Jurassic Park and I would not want them to f*** it up," said Pratt.
The "Guardians of the Galaxy" star also described "Jurassic World" as somewhat different from the original film released in 1993. "This is new and cutting edge, it has a point of view about how society has changed since the original came out," he added.
Meanwhile, Vincent D'Onofrio, has the same thoughts, saying that the new movie is different from the first movies of the franchise. In an interview with ScreenCrush, the actor has nothing but praises on the movie and its crew.
"The crew on that [film] was amazing. The storyline is gonna be so different than the first few," D'Onofrio shared.
"Some of the scenes in that, just the scenes that I shot - I'm not in nearly as much as Chris is or Bryce, they're the leads in the movie - but if I'm going to talk the stuff that I did, the scenes are so cool. There's real dialogue scenes in the movie and there's real, like, acting scenes in the movie, but at the same time the environment in full of dinosaurs. I mean, it's just amazing."
The actor also shared some of his experiences while working on the movie.
"When you're on that set, I remember the first couple days on the set it was so weird it. You see, 'oh, there's the jeep from so and so," and [whispers] "oh f***, that's...oh s***!' and everything looks so Jurassic-y. It's quite something," D'Onofrio said.
The "Jurassic Park" movies are based on Michael Crichton's novels which are about dinosaurs that are brought to life using ground-breaking gene technology.
Other than Pratt and D'Onofrio, the movie also stars Bryce Dallas Howard, Irrfan Khan and Ty Simpkins.
Together with Frank Marshall and Pat Crowley, Steven Spielberg is co-producing the film. Spielberg directed the first two films in the franchise.
"Jurassic World" is scheduled to hit the theaters on June 12, 2015.
