Amid the rumors surrounding the status of the relationship between "The Bachelor" star Juan Pablo Galavis and season winner and eventual girlfriend Nikki Ferrell, the couple appeared to have adopted an aggressive strategy to debunk news about their supposed split on social media recently.
"The BEAUTY of speaking two LANGUAGES, even with ERRORS, the person YOU want to UNDERSTAND you, always will," the former soccer superstar tweeted on Monday, addressing to his girlfriend's acceptance of him having difficulty expressing himself in proper English. Juan Pablo has since been called out for his comments on the show, in particular, an episode where Enstarz said he inadvertently said that the reality show should not include same-sex couples.
Meanwhile, the 33-year old hunk appears to have headed to Missouri, Ferrell's hometown, according to another Twitter post two days earlier. Galavis, who hails from Venezuela and currently resides in Florida with his young daughter Camila, is seen to be on his way to catch up with Ferrell after she missed his birthday last month.
If there's evidence that the two are hitting it off despite the long-distance relationship, it would be Juan Pablo's effect on Ferrell regarding social media. According to Classicalite, Ferrell appeared to have tried shifted the spotlight amid the split rumors by recently tweeting her distaste in several reality television stars, including Elise of 'Bachelor In Paradise". Her controversial tweet read as quoted by Enstarz, "I don't need to watch Bachelor In Paradise to know Elise is dumber than a box of rocks. But hey at least everyone agrees with me now.
Her own Twitter followers quickly reminded Ferrell were she came from, and shared their opinions following that tweet.
On the other hand, the two are set to reunite again, at least on another reality show, as they have been confirmed to join Vh1's "Couples Therapy with Dr. Jenn." Zap2It blog reported that a sneak peek in the show's Season 5 episode showed a couple believed to be the Season 17 stars of "The Bachelor" entered the show, to the shock of the rest of the cast.
