The brawl that happened in the reunion show of "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" not only resulted to a tension and action-filled show, but also with a lawsuit filed against Joseline Hernandez after assaulting Althea Eaton. The lawsuit was also linked to allegations that Hernandez smoked crack cocaine during the reunion show.
Hernandez was caught on tape dragging Eaton to the ground and hitting her repeatedly.
In the lawsuit, Eaton claims that witnesses have seen Hernandez allegedly smoking crack cocaine backstage. She believes Hernandez was under the influence of drugs when she attacked her.
Meanwhile, Eaton is not suing the show, which according to TMZ could be because the producers of the reality show did not orchestrate the fight.
In a report by Christian Post, Eaton is not the only one who believes Hernandez is using cocaine. Co-star Mimi Faust also hinted of Hernandez' possible drug use. The reality star previously expressed her concern over the drug use of her daughter's father, Stevie J's. The singer/record producer is currently involved with Hernandez, making Faust assume that the two could be using drugs together.
Moreover, Faust seems to be thankful Stevie J is now with Hernandez. In an interview with FutraMedia, she explained how her co-star did her a favor. "I had a realization the other day. That I really, really would like to thank Joseline Hernandez. Because she rigged that man from my life. Before I was so angry like 'How could he do this to me?' I didn't get the big picture," she said.
"But she took that negativity and all of that away. Like, I can breathe, I can sing, I can move. I just feel like a ton has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you so much Joseline," Faust continued.
Faust moved on from Stevie J with Nikko Smith who admitted he is married to another woman and who allegedly leaked a sex tape of he and Faust for financial purposes. Faust recently expressed her opinion on choosing the wrong men. She told Sister 2 Sister magazine, "Who out here is perfect? If every woman out here was so great at picking a man, every woman would be married; every woman would be in a perfect relationship."
Meanwhile in another recent report, Stevie J claimed that Joseline was not on drugs during "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta's" reunion show. The singer told TMZ that he and Hernandez are planning to countersue as he claims Eaton made up the story about Joseline's smoking crack cocaine. "The suit is BS because Althea and her husband, Benzino started the fight."
TMZ also asked Benzino for a comment and he said "It's clear that him and his whore jumped off the couch and attacked us and whatever happened from there was merely self-defense."
