Are the "Real Housewives of New York" Fired, or Aren't They? Conflicting Details on the Latest "RHONY" Shakeup

By

Is Bravo getting ready to fire the "Real Housewives of New York" cast? According to some, the answer is a definite "yes."

According to KpopStarz, three members have just been axed from the show: Heather Kristen, Carole Aviva and Sonja Morgan. Ramona Singer, according to their article, is safe for now, but who knows if that'll continue to last with these firings coming down the wire.

This is backed up by a piece in Celeb Dirty Laundry, that claims some of the "Real Housewives" cast was angling for a pay raise, and Bravo wouldn't stand for it. However, Celeb Dirty Laundry also claims Ramona Singer was one of the ones asking for more money, and she's also the one who seems safe right now.

There's also another report coming in that completely contradicts this first one. According to Radar Online, all rumors of "Real Housewives of New York's" demise have been greatly exaggerated.

Here's what a secret source told Radar Online:

"The cast mates aren't fired,"their sources say. "There's zero fact to it. Every year they say people will be fired. They'll put that out in the news because they always need new girls."

"Cast mates do not get fired without anyone knowing," they later added.

The source continued to say:

"When it's time to do negotiations Ramona and Sonja would be the first to know.".

"There is no show without Ramona and Sonja."

"Sonja is the funny sex pot, and Ramona's the one who throws glasses."

So it could go either way at this point- Radar Online's source makes a compelling argument, but the numbers (the number of rumors, that is) is far and away on the side of the firings.

We'll just have to wait and see- check back soon for the latest on the next season of "The Real Housewives of New York."
