Khloe Kardashian Wants to Chop Off Bruce Jenner's Ponytail, Battles Him in Golf for the Chance to Remove It

By

Bruce Jenner's hair has, surprisingly, been the subject of unending controversy.

First, there was a piece in Hollywood Life, which claimed that Jenner's long, luxurious (and, admittedly, a little femine) haircut was a sign he was looking to undergo gender reassignment surgery and become a woman. According to the piece, he'd change his name to "Bridget."

This information allegedly comes from Renee Richards, a friend of Jenner who's a very active advocate for transgender rights. But it's a looooooong stretch to go from "long hair" to "gender reassignment surgery," so we'll treat this as a rumor for now.

Then, The Daily Mail claimed that Jenner's haircut was the beginning of a faster, looser lifestyle- that he'd be rocking a Harley-Davidson, hard rock look. Which is also an option. Even if his ponytail looks a little too feminine to pull off a traditional biker look.

One thing is for certain- Khloe Kardashian, Jenner's stepdaughter, hates his new hair with an undying passion. Latinos Post reports that she's been trying to convince Jenner to lop the thing off- and, when that didn't work, tried to trick him into doing so.

Here's what she recently told her stepdad: "Your ponytail looks cute. You wouldn't want to maybe cut it all off to make it healthy and start from scratch?"

But Jenner didn't fall for it. Kardashian then challenger her stepdad to a golf contest- if he could knock the ball off a certain fence, he could keep his preferred haircut.

Given that Jenner's been playing golf for many years, it's more likely he got to keep his haircut. But later episodes of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" will let us in on the truth.

Check back soon to find out the verdict- whether Jenner can keep his luscious locks, or if he'll be forced to give them the chop.
