Kourtney Kardashian Doing Pregancy Yoga, Will Reveal Her Baby's Gender on TV

By

Yes, Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant, but she's putting in a family's worth of effort keeping herself in shape for the sake of her new baby.

According to International Business Times, the reality star, of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" and, more recently, "Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons," has been doing a ton of yoga and other exercises to keep herself fit.

International Business Times cites a blog, written by Kardashian, about the benefits of prenatal yoga for pregnant women, saying she "strongly recommends" it for all expecting mothers.

Here's the entire quote, from Kardashian's blog:

"I love me some yoga! I really enjoyed yoga at the end of my pregnancy. It truly helped to calm me and allow me to focus on staying grounded before giving birth.

I strongly recommend doing some prenatal yoga at the end of pregnancy when preparing to bring new life into your home. It helped me focus on eating right and getting my head in the right space.

I also started doing some yoga after giving birth as well to help heal my body."

Reality stars aren't usually known for their words of wisdom (mostly, they're known for screaming at other reality stars on TV,) but that's some sage advice.

We don't yet know the sex of Kardashian's baby, but according to TV Ruckus, the gender will be revealed on an upcoming episode of the new series "Kourtney & Khloe Take the Hamptons." The show, reportedly, will also feature plenty of the relationship between Kourtney and Scott Disick, as well as Khloe Kardashian and her new romance, rapper French Montana.

We wish this baby, and the reality TV drama-fest it's about to be born into, all the luck in the world.

Check back soon for the latest on Kourtney Kardashian and her new reality TV baby.
