The latest trailer of the newest season of "American Horror Story: Freak Show" gives fans a preview of the "freaks" of all shapes and sizes. Entitled "Big and Small," the promotional video shows an exceptionally tall person standing with the "freak show" behind him.

Only the giant's legs are visible on the screen. The video also shows a small man with mustache appears, walks between the giant's legs, and pauses for the camera as the logo of the show is flashed on the screen.

The characters of the horror series are gradually revealed through the show's promotional videos. The "freak show" is composed of individuals who have rare physical deformities and conditions and are gathered as performers for the show. The freaks include conjoined twins, a bearded lady, a three-breasted woman, people with rare conditions such as ectrodactyly and micorcephaly, as well as people with unusual heights and sizes.

This season, "American Horror Story: Freak Show" has cast notable actresses and actors such as Jessica Lange as Elsa Mars, Kathy Bates as Ethel Darling, Sarah Paulson as twins Dot and Bette Tattler, Evan Peters as "lobster boy" Jimmy Darling, Angela Bassett as Desiree Dupree, and Michael Chiklis as Dell Toledo.

The cast also includes Guinness titled holder as world's smallest woman Jyoti Amge as Ma Petite, Erika Ervin as Amazon Eve, Mat Fraser as Paul the Illustrated Seal, and Naomi Grossman as Pepper.

Grossman's character was first featured in "American Horror Story: Asylum." Pepper is one of the favorite characters among the show's fans. When asked about the decision to have Pepper appear in the upcoming season, series co-creator Ryan Murphy told E! Online, "We thought about it long and hard and we decided that it was interesting to do."

Meanwhile, some of the characters of the horror series were revealed in a set of photos posted by Entertainment Weekly. The photos show images from the set of the "Freak Show," with some "freaks" out in the field while others are hanging around the big tent.

Other photos showcase some of the "non-freak" characters such as Stanley (Denis O'Hare) and Gloria Mott (Frances Conroy).

"American Horror Story: Freak Show" is scheduled to premiere on Wednesday, October 8 at 10 PM ET/PT on FX.
