Savannah Guthrie is currently on the mainstream as she reveals adorable photos of her and her baby, Vale Guthrie Feldman, on Facebook.

The American journalist and lawyer, who work for NBC News, posted her cute photo with her 1-year old daughter, with Democratic political and communications consultant husband Michael Feldman, as reported by E! News.

On Wednesday, August 13, Guthrie gave birth to her baby girl and said while on cam, "When I look at her I'm so proud and I can't stop thanking God," as reported on Today.

"I feel like life just started," Guthrie said when asked how she felt after seeing her daughter. "I can't get over the joy that she brings - it's kind of inexpressible. Honestly I think it is beyond words."

Moreover, she quickly recalled her thoughts and emotions after seeing Vale, in which she had been on tears. "In the moment she was born, I cried a cry I've never heard come out of my own mouth," she explains. "It was just this joyous explosion."

The 42-year old news anchor disclosed that she was surprised after knowing her child's gender. "TODAY viewers had totally convinced me we were having a boy!" she recalled. "I was really shocked when they said 'It's a girl.'"

She divulged the milieu of Vale's name, "valley by a stream", and she said that they "thought it was pretty unique but not kooky or so weird." Furthermore, she described Vale as very 'angelic' while her daughter was sleeping. "I couldn't sleep last night I was so excited - they actually had to give me a little sleeping medicine," the NBC newscaster begins. "Vale slept like the true cherubic baby that she is, little angel baby."

Meanwhile, she told that Mike's fatherhood is very pleasing and they were literally crying due to immense rejoice. "But we just cry spontaneously because we love her so much and we're so happy - I'm a big ball of mush," she concluded.
