Design

They have different batteries, Asus ZenWatch has 420mAh while the Sony SmartWatch has 380mAh.

The Asus ZenWatch is powered by 1.2 GHz Quad Comm Snapdragon 400. However, the Sony SmartWatch is run by 1.2 GHz Quad ARM, A7 processor.

Features

Heavy considers the watch as one the best for 2014. The Asus ZenWatch lets the users change the strap of their smartwatch easier. It also offers a heart-rate monitor in its bezel. Some of its features include a cover-to-mute function that allows you to mute calls or snooze your alarms. The Asus ZenWatch lets you personalize a double tap gesture and allows you to use this smartwatch as a remote for your smartphone's camera.

While Asus Zenwatch looks like a fashion accessory, well this Sony SmartWatch looks like a fitness product on your wrist. Because it offers a gyro, GPS, compass, Ambient light sensors and an accelerometer. This smartwatch has been rated IP68, which makes it a dust and waterproof.

When it comes to the design and looks, it is not hard to admit that Asus Zen Watch has a beautiful and decent style compare to the Sony SmartWatch. But if you are looking for a pure convenience, the Sony SmartWatch is a brilliant choice because of its standout features.
