Manage Your iCloud Storage

Apple's support page suggests managing your iCloud storage properly by either upgrading the iCloud storage plan or by choosing which apps and backups to store. It is just a matter of knowing what to store and what to let go.

Use Dropbox Camera Upload

Storing photos and videos on your iOS devices could eat up a lot of storage space. Transferring files to your laptop every now and then could be a such a hassle though. So what can you do? Well, the answer to that is to use some apps to store your precious photos. One good example is Dropbox according to Chambers Daily. Saving your photos on your Dropbox application for iOS will not only save you some space, but it is also a secure way to store your files.

Dropbox has a storage special wherein you could get 500 MB of free storage for every 500 MB worth of photos uploaded through Dropbox Camera Upload feature. You can a get total of 3GB free storage.

Here are the steps to enable Dropbox Camera Upload on your iOS device:

1. Download and install Dropbox iOS version

2. Tap the Settings tab

3. Then, choose Camera Upload item

4. Enable the Camera Upload and Background Uploading options.

Doing those steps will automatically save your Camera Roll photos and videos on your Dropbox app.

Delete iMessages

You probably don't notice how bulky your inbox folder already. And in case you are wondering, yes, iMessages can also occupy some ample space on your storage space. So if you want to save up some space, make sure to delete iMessages most especially if you read them already according to Apple.
