Princess Charlene and Prince Albert of Monaco: The Royal Couple’s Acts for Autism Awareness and Support

By

Since having announced the pregnancy of their first child, Princess Charlene and husband Prince Albert of Monaco were set to go on their first tour abroad gracing a lot of events in New York for the later part of September. News according to Hello Magazine states that one of the events that the royal couple had to attend was the 7th World Focus on Autism that happened at the Hilton Hotel and from the looks of the photos taken from the event - the princess looked beaming and lovely during the last months of her pregnancy.

The 36 year old princess had announced her pregnancy with husband Prince Albert of Monaco last May and has since been seen wearing clothing that were loose and comfortable. Fashion & Style showed the official Twtter account of Autism Speaks with a photo that captioned, "@SuzanneWrightAS & Princess Charlene of Monaco in @hellomag at the #WorldAutism event! bit.ly/WorldAutism"

That same night, Princess Charlene was not with her husband as Prince Albert was seen in another event for the UN this time but the couple was seen together last Monday as they made an appearance at the annual Clinton Global Citizens Awards.

It seems like there have been several stories similar to that of the love story between Princess Charlene and Prince Albert of Monaco as it has been seen to be a global trendt of royalty marry out of the circle of royal people - like Kate Middleton who married Prince William, Letizia Ortiz Rocasolano who married Prince Felipe of Spain or Mary Elizabeth Donaldson who married Prince Frederik of Denmark.

A news piece from NDTV notes that Princess Charlene was a South African swimmer before she met Prince Albert of Monaco in 2000. Prince Albert also happens to be the son of the late Hollywood star, Grace Kelly.
