Althea Heart and Benzino seems to be working all too fast according to their 'Love & Hip Hop Atlanta' Rasheeda. What's the latest news with the progress of their relationship?
It has been more than a month since "Ghetto Love", Althea's latest single featuring Benzino on its music video that ended up with "The End?" message (perhaps stating their forever romance), arrived on the playlists of thousands of 'L&HHA" fans. Subsequently, the rapper and songstress could be "moving too fast", says Rasheeda on VH1's official blog.
On the previous updates, the couple seems to be quite steady on their relationship. "They still crazy (laughs), and they moving too fast. They need to pump their brakes. That's just really the truth," the 32-year old television star, Rasheeda, suggests. "But one thing I will say is I think they have a crazy kind of love for each other. When you see two people who really, really vibe out and feel each other and stuff, you want to hope that they work out."
Althea and Benzino's friend divulges that she wants her friends' relationship hop on to another level, and she desires of it to work well (exclude all the dramas and conflicts that results to another Hollywood divorce). "They're going to get married, and I want that to work out for them, but sometimes you might not want to move to fast; you might want to slow down, get to know the person a little bit more," she wishes.
Meanwhile, the fashion designer, rapper revealed Heart had dated a "good friend" of her and Kirk, emphasizing their wonderful friendship throughout the years. "We have been like associates throughout the years. She dated a dude who was - is - still a good friend of me and Kirk's. So we have been around each other several times before. Kind of like back during my "Bubblegum" days and a little time after that, we were always real cool, real cordial."
On a previous interview with Benzino, however, he divulges that Stevie J and his fiancee's past relationship was nothing. The Atlanta rapper admitted that Heart thought of Stevie as a user. Meanwhile, he revealed how he felt when he met Heart, as reported on Wetpaint.
"When I met her, I was like 'damn.' I fell in love with her. We had so many things that clicked and I respected so many things about her and since I've been with her, she's been the most loyal person I've ever been with," he admitted.
