Did Ray J beat up his former female manager over his issues with his ex-girlfriend? In a previous season of "Love & Hip Hop Hollywood" where Ray J currently stars in with other R&B and hip hop personalities, Wetpaint said he was seen in the show unceremoniously throwing co-star Teairra Mari's things on the floor of a tattoo parlor, where the latter and former friend Hazel E were having a fight at that time. Teairra was seen shoving Ray J after the act, and tension at the shop became heated quickly if not for the security present at the location.

Madam Noire said Morgan Hardman, who has been managing Ray J's career for the longest time now, apparently had an argument with his ward after the exchange at the tattoo parlor. A bit of the argument was actually captured and showed in the latest episode of "LHHH." Although fans of the R&B singer are clueless as to what the argument was about, her rants on Instagram made clear that it was all about his exchange earlier with Teairra. It has been believed that

Hardman shared a text image on social media, which read, "Tell the real reason I don't f**k with you and why I don't work for you because you put your hands on me in front of my child talking about you gonna have me killed wow all in front of my son you drunk ass ni**a go get some help cause I'm not the only one UR beating on hows that for some [tea] 10 years of book loyal to the wrong f**k boy."

Hardman captioned the image that read, "I hate ni**as that beat woman but you never see them putting they hands on no [other] ni**a Never push a loyal person to the point where they no longer give a f**k."

The post is no longer available on her account.

Ray J responded to Hardman's accusations shortly with an inspirational quote, which read, "God said don't look around because you'll be impressed. Don't look down you'll be depressed; just look to me and you'll be blessed."

Hardman has not shared any posts related to "LHHH" since the exchange. However, she has posted a couple of inspirational quotes, the latest on October 4, that may have been about her argument and her alleged abuse from Ray J. Ray J, on the other hand, had remained silent about the allegation based on his account.
