Countess Vaughn wants a slimmer shape and Golden Brooks has finally decided to lend her a hand in achieving her goals. Last time, a tension was starting to build between them, and it's a relief that Brooks eased that with her decision to play along, Fashion n' Style reported. Also, Paula Jai Parker revealed that she became homeless.

Everything should have flowed very smoothly until Golden spit something not so nice about Countess' purchase of a shape wear. So, there's that very uncomfortable aura between the two of them again. The help isn't much visible to Countess.

"I know Countess is sort of on the fence of me, because I feel that she thinks that I'm trying to make her into my little project," Golden said to greenroom cameras in the episode two sneak peek. "Golden's trying to save the whales. I don't mean it like that. I didn't mean it like that."

Golden doesn't think that Countess' size is the real problem: she believes that all these temporary fixes will not address the root cause of all her trouble-that is, her confidence.

"What Countess is doing, is she's doing all the work from the outside. It's like painting the outside of a house, making it look so perfect but the inside you got roaches and rats and everything else up in there. But as long as the front, 'the front of the house is great, we're good,'" Golden said to during her confessional. "It's not good."

Golden obviously has well-meaning suggestions, but Countess perceives it as an attack to her person. She gets the offense and immediately sets up a wall against Golden.

"I think you say these things because this has never been your world," Countess stated.

Golden counters this by saying that she too once had weight issues after having a baby. "After I had Dakota I had some issues, especially with my stomach. I still work on my stomach. It's not perfect," Golden replied.

However, Countess will have none of that excuse. "That s**t is not flying," Countess said to greenroom cameras.

By the looks of it, things are still as bleak between the two of them. They both have their pride to take care of, and that may further increase the chasm between them.

Meanwhile, Paula Jai Parker reveals how she lost her home by investing in the wrong film. In an interview with Madame Noir, "We're vagabonds, acting is a gypsy lifestyle. My husband I were living that lifestyle," she revealed. But after their son Onederful was born, things began to change for her and her family as she made a decision to start filming scenes in a hotel room, Enstarz reported.

"We invested some money in making a movie and there was supposed to be a return, and it never happened, and we ended up losing our home... So we are starting all over again, together," Parker said.
