Popular Korean pop group 2NE1 follows the footsteps of disbandment of EXO, Girls' Generation, MBLAQ and others, as leader CL moves to US under a different management. What happened to their spotlight?

CL will be joining Scooter Braun management, who is well known for holding the Korean superstar Psy, in United States, as she launches her latest album next year.

"The Baddest Female" music video of CL has been prominent on her Youtube views, which has currently garnered tens of millions of views. Could this break rocket her to the peak of her career? Moreover, her popularity in the US boosted after her endorsements with Maybeline New York and several fashion shows.

"It's true that CL is releasing a new solo track in the States next Spring," YG Entertainment, who holds CL's records, stated earlier at Ten Asia, which was held on October 16, according to KPopStarz. There was no addition to the statement; hence, CL's privacy is vital for them until her latest record releases.

Meanwhile, 2NE1 member Minzy posted a strong slogan on Instagram that could be addressed to her co-members. ""Things Change, People Change, Places Change, Friends Change, Careers Change, Economies Change... But God Never Changes," the photo says.

EXO, Girls' Generation, FIESTAR, Hello Venus and MBLAQ all disbanded previously.
