Rob Kardashian has gained 50 lbs over the past year- which is bad enough as it is for one's health, but when you're in the tabloids as much as any Kardashian is, looking your best is absolutely crucial. You're photographed every time you leave the house.
But now Kardashian is apparently hitting the gym hard to get himself back in tabloid shape. According to Fashion & Style, Rob has been exercising regularly with his sister Khloe, has been eating right, and hired a personal trainer as well.
Apparently, the change began after Rob skipped his sister's wedding, which was enough of an emotional moment for him to want to turn his life around.
Surprisingly, for a family as crazy as the Kardashians, they've all been very supportive. Hollywood Life reports that both his sister Khloe and his mother have been helping him out of his depression and giving him a shoulder to lean on.
As well, the Mirror has a quote from Rob's trainer, Gunnar Peterson, about his newfound stance on exercise.
"I think Rob knows exactly what to do. He's worked out [before] and he's focused."
"We're doing intervals with strength movements: squats, the sled, swings and push presses."
"It's about getting his heart rate up and keeping it up."
"I'm a firm believer in trying to make something that might not be considered fun by a lot of people, fun."
"And hopefully that makes the person have a positive association with it and they want to come back."
"Rob works out in beast mode. When I see him, we laugh, have fun and he gets after it hard at the gym. I know he can do this."
For once, this actualy sounds like a Kardashian story with a happy ending.
