Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theraux have been engaged for more than two years now and it seems like it is not only Jen who is getting bored at the lack of wedding updates. To cope, entertainment sources are working harder than usual to churn out news about the couple. Case in point, merely days after Jen and Justin were reported to have married in secret, rumors are now saying that the possibility of wedding bells are actually far down the line.
In an issue by tabloid OK! Magazine, a source claimed that the 43-year-old actress finally married "The Leftovers" star secretly at a farm in upstate New York. According to the magazine's source, Aniston is going to adopt her new hubby's last name and even declared their union as the "best day of my life."
A source close to Gossip Cop, however, claims "there is no ounce of truth" to these rumors. In fact, other sources are now claiming that the prospect of marriage is even bordering on the impossible for the two.
According to Cover Media (via Enstarz), Jen's friends are actually concerned that she is just being dragged along by Justin. Additionally, a source of Grazia magazine pointed out to the actress that Justin's reluctance to finally make the wedding happen is a sign of him being a commitment-phobe.
The insider dished, "One moment Justin would be dropping hints to Heidi (Theraux's ex-partner) about 'when we're married', before getting really vague and ultimately dismissing it as just a piece of paper."
Justin had formerly shared his thoughts on the wedding to Australia's TV Weekly (via Hellomagazine.com). "There is this hum of pressure-I can't stress enough-I don't pay any attention to." He continued, "We're just doing our own thing. We are completely happy, obviously, but we're not on anyone else's timeframe.
A source from NZCity claims that the two would like to have a low-key wedding for themselves. "Neither of them wants a huge, glitzy wedding."
We just truly hope an actual wedding date gets announced soon.
